Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and coverage for the Account Sales Manager. You will help maintain relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for on-premise and off-premise accounts while adhering to Red Bull standards.

This training role prepares you for an ASM path; after completing the program you may interview for ASMs or other roles. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, learn route execution, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English required; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Assist with in-route and off-route support, audits and merchandising as needed.
