Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships across diverse store formats while adhering to Red Bull executional standards. As part of the training, you will learn the basics of Red Bull and distribution, rotate through daily preparation, in-route, and off-route activities, and gain exposure to store-level merchandising and KPI-driven

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Manager during vacations, illnesses or special projects.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores.
Execute daily preparation with tools, displays, POS and pricing to meet daily plan.
In-route support to cover ASM routes, achieve daily KPI targets (sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, merchandising).
Off-route support, audits, blitzes, display building and merchandising to drive the sales business.
