Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Sales Trainee Supervisor responsible for developing and measuring the performance of all Sales Trainees during a 12-month program. You will set the initial training roadmap and provide regular coaching at Reynolds headquarters in a classroom setting and in the field to build motivation and selling skills.

You will maintain records of each associate’s training progress, work with Sales Management and other sales associates to ensure positive training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years sales experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel about 10% of the month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the training roadmap for all Sales Trainees over 12 months.
• Provide regular coaching to trainees in classroom and field settings.
• Maintain records of training progress and coordinate with Sales Management.
