Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Omaha, NE is hiring a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage during vacations or peak periods. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all off-premise stores.

The role focuses on servicing customers safely and professionally to Red Bull standards, with training on routes and potential to cover managers' routes as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred prior sales experience; asset in consumer goods or retail.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Outstanding relationship building and people skills.
• Good mathematical skills and organizational abilities.
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts.
• Establish and maintain friendly, professional relationships to increase sales.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and display.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Train with senior Account Sales Managers on routes; cover routes when needed.
• Evaluate competitors’ activities and report to District Sales Manager.
• Meet KPIs in sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new accounts.
