Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States is offering a Sales Trainee role to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager path. You will support sales initiatives, cover routes, and maintain strong customer relationships with both large and small format stores.

During the program you will train with ASMs/DSMs, with the possibility to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion. The position is at-will and may extend up to 12 months with a potential 6-month extension in exceptional

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and cover ASM routes as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Learn and execute daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Assist in in-route and off-route support, including audits and merchandising to drive sales.
