Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role. The trainee will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during absences, while maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.

Upon successful completion, you may interview for open ASM roles. The program includes certification; if no position is available, extended training may be offered up to 12 months with

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Attend training and interview for open ASM roles upon program completion.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI on sales, distributions, pricing and displays.
