Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects. This training role prepares you to interview for ASM roles; upon completion and certification, if no ASM or another qualified role is available, the ST may remain up to 12 months or until a qualified role is available.

The ST must interview for the available role when it arises.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format “off premise” stores.
• Effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPI focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
• Other duties as assigned.
