Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to train you for the Account Sales Manager role. You will support sales initiatives and coverage across routes, while maintaining relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format stores.

The program emphasizes brand standards, in-store execution, and professional customer service. It is an at-will training track with potential advancement to ASM when qualified.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Deliver service in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Assist in in-store execution and daily preparation for routes.
