Job summary

UFP Gordon, LLC is seeking a Sales Trainee who will learn company products, policies, and procedures while performing basic sales and customer service activities. The role involves working under close guidance from Regional Sales Manager and participating in a broad training program across regions.

During training (12 to 24 months), relocation to Southeast facilities will be required, with initial placement from 10 approved locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related business software.

Responsibilities

• Learn Company products, policies, and procedures and perform basic sales activities.
• Assist in production-related activities to understand operational procedures.
• Build knowledge of UFPI sales tools and systems; enter orders accurately.
• Prepare reports as required by supervisors and management.
• Travel with Account Managers to gain exposure and support sales activities.
• Make sales calls to current and prospective clients, demonstrating product knowledge.
