Job summary

UFP Gordon, LLC is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn products, policies, and procedures while performing basic sales and customer service duties. The role operates under close supervision with opportunities to develop understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationships.

The training program spans multiple regions with relocation to Southeast facilities after completion. The role includes extensive use of MS Office and travel with Account Managers to gain practical experience in sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn business systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn Company products, policies, and procedures and perform basic sales and customer service activities.
• Assist in production-related tasks to understand operational procedures.
• Enter orders accurately in systems and prepare required reports.
• Utilize MS Office tools (Teams, Outlook) to manage time and communication.
• Develop understanding of sales cycle and customer relationships.
• Travel with Account Managers to gain exposure and assist in sales activities.
