Job summary

UFP Gordon, LLC is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn our products, policies, and procedures while performing basic sales and customer service tasks. You will work under the Regional Sales Manager's guidance and participate in a broad regional training program across several locations.

During the 12–24 month training, you may be relocated to one of the Southeast facilities after completion. You’ll develop strong customer relationships, handle orders, and support sales initiatives using UFPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business software.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products, policies, and procedures while performing basic sales and customer service activities.
• Enter orders accurately and generate reports for supervisors and management.
• Travel with Account Managers to support sales activities and build client relationships.
• Develop a thorough understanding of UFPI sales tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and the public, verbally and in writing.
• Assist in customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
