Job summary

UFP Gordon, LLC is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn product lines, policies, and sales processes. You will work under supervision to gain practical experience in sales and customer service, with training across multiple regions.

Candidate will participate in a structured program with relocation to Southeast facilities after training. This role emphasizes developing customer relationships and understanding the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and apply business math to manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Enter orders in systems accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed reports for supervisors and management.
• Travel with Account Managers to support sales activities and learn industry terminology.
• Develop a strong understanding of UFPI products, procedures, and policies related to sales.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and the public.
• Assist in customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
