Job summary

UFP Gordon, LLC is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn our products, policies and sales processes. You will work under close guidance to develop skills in orders, reporting, and customer interactions while gaining broad exposure across regions.

The role involves travel with Account Managers, hands-on training in multiple facilities, and a structured path toward more responsibility. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for business processes.

Responsibilities

• Understands and applies business math to manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assists in production activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures.
• Develops knowledge of UFPI sales tools and systems.
• Enters orders in systems accurately and efficiently.
• Prepares detailed reports as required by supervisors and management.
• Uses MS Office Suite (Teams and Outlook) to manage time, communication and tasks.
• Gains comprehensive understanding of company products, sales procedures and policies.
• Communicates effectively with all levels and the public, verbally and in writing.
• Develops strong customer relationships and assists in customer service activities.
