Job summary

UFP Gordon, LLC is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn product lines, policies, and procedures while performing entry‑level sales and customer service tasks. The role involves extensive training across multiple regions and close supervision by the Regional Sales Manager.

During the program, candidates may relocate later to Southeast facilities and will travel with Account Managers to gain field experience and build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products, policies, and procedures; perform basic sales and customer service activities.
• Assist in production activities to understand operational procedures.
• Develop knowledge of UFPI systems, applications, and sales tools.
• Enter orders accurately in systems.
• Prepare detailed reports as required by supervisors and management.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and the public.
