Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare individuals for Account Sales Manager roles. The trainee will support sales initiatives, cover ASM routes during vacations, and help maintain relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all stores.

Upon successful completion of the program and certification, trainees may interview for open ASM roles or related positions, with potential for a 12-month (plus 6-month extension) development period

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Physically capable of lifting and transporting up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during absences.
• Maintain relationships with customers between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Assist in in-store execution and merchandising to drive sales.
• Acquire tools and training to execute daily plans and priorities.
