Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Riverside, CA offers a Sales Trainee (ST) training role designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager position. The role supports sales initiatives and route coverage to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure Red Bull standards are met.

Upon successful training, you may interview for ASM roles; the program may extend up to 12 months plus a possible 6-month extension. The position is at-will and requires active participation and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores.
• Provide in-store support and ensure adherence to Red Bull executional standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI on sales, distributions and merchandising.
• Assist with audits, displays, and merchandising to drive sales.
