Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare the trainee for an Account Sales Manager role. The program provides exposure to sales, merchandising and operations across various store formats.

Upon successful completion of the training and certification, the trainee may interview for ASM or other qualified roles. The role is at-will and may be terminated by either party.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off premise stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull execution standards.
• Assist with audits, blitz, displays, and merchandising to drive the sales business.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets for sales, distributions, pricing and displays.
