Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers as needed. The role focuses on servicing customers in a safe, professional manner and building customer relationships across stores.

Successful completion of the training program allows interviewing for ASM roles; extension may occur if no openings exist. This is a hands-on, at-will position aligned with company standards.

Qualifikationen

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card are required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory/display materials.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off-premise stores.
• Serve customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Obtain tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing) to execute daily plans and priorities.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and work with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
