Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee (ST) role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) position. You will support sales initiatives and ensure route coverage for ASM during absences while maintaining customer relationships with sales, merchandising, and operations for both large and small format stores.

Successful participants may interview for ASM roles after completing the program and certification; the position includes a 12-month completion period

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format “off premise” stores.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display and merchandising.
