Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare the candidate for an Account Sales Manager role. This training role supports sales initiatives and maintains relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format off premise stores.

Upon successful completion of the program and certification, the trainee will be eligible to interview for Account Sales Manager roles.

Qualifications

Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off premise stores.
Maintain customer relations and brand standards while routing coverage for ASM during vacations or absences.
Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets (sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, merchandising).
Assist in audits, displays building, merchandising to drive sales.
