Red Bull Houston is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format off-premise stores.

The program leads to eligibility to interview for Account Sales Manager roles. The trainee role is at-will and may extend based on performance and availability, with formal certification upon completion.

Qualifications

• Sales Trainee program with pathway to Account Sales Manager.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds; valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage for ASM during vacations or absences.
• Support sales initiatives and maintain relationships with customers, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores.
• Process daily tasks and coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities.
• Assist in in-store execution and merchandising to drive the sales business.
