Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. offers a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role.

The trainee will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, or special projects, while maintaining relationships across large and small format off-premise stores. Upon successful participation, the trainee may interview for open ASM roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards.
• Valid Cheuffers License.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing, etc.) to execute the daily plan.
• Cover ASM routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPI focused on the following areas: sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to effectively drive the sales business.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers to increase sales.
