Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in the United States to support Account Sales Managers and cover routes during absences. The program leads to an interview for Account Sales Manager roles upon successful training and certification.

It is a structured training path with clear milestones, enabling progression to ASM or other qualified roles if performance standards are met. The role is at-will and focused on learning the Red Bull brand and sales execution.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all store formats.
• In-route: cover ASM routes as needed and meet KPIs on sales, distributions, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Out-of-route: assist with audits, blitz, displays and merchandising to drive the sales business.
