Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation’s JLG division, based in the United States, seeks a Sales Trainee to start a career with the North American Field Sales team. The program rotates through Inside Sales, Field Aftermarket, Whole Goods, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing and Manufacturing, with about 50% travel to build customer relationships.

You will learn all areas of the sales organization, enter orders, coordinate activities across departments, and support forecasting efforts to meet customer and regional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn all areas of the sales team through a rotational program.
• Enter orders and field customer calls with the inside sales team.
• Coordinate essential activities between departments for the sales team.
• Partner with sales team to align with customer and regional needs.
• Configure machines to meet current and future customer demands.
