Convergint in New Orleans, LA, invites you to join the 2027 College Development Program - Sales. This full-time program provides six months of training, mentoring, and hands-on client exposure, equipping you to prospect, build relationships, and close opportunities as part of a dynamic team.

You’ll learn our culture and solutions, collaborate with partners across industries, and develop your Convergint knowledge before heading into the field to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to identify new opportunities.
• Develop business opportunities; conduct needs assessments and write proposals for system installation and service opportunities.
• Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, events and industry associations.
• Partner with operations to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
