Job summary

Herc Rentals in Geismar, LA is seeking a ProSales Associate for its 12-month Black and Gold Academy program. You will receive elite sales training, learn account management, and territory planning to prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role.

You will shadow experienced reps, support lead generation, and gain hands-on field and branch operations experience within a Fortune 1000 company.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Interest in a long term sales career with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and observe customer interactions.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth in assigned territories.
• Learn core branch operations, equipment processes, and logistics coordination.
