Job summary

TopRx Pharmaceutical is seeking a hands-on Sales Supervisor to directly supervise and coordinate a team of hourly sales staff. You will coach, mentor, and develop representatives, conduct one-on-one meetings, and help onboard new Account Managers through the full sales process.

You will monitor performance, recruit and train staff, and serve as Manager on Duty once weekly. Strong communication and data-analysis skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or work equivalent is required.
• Two+ years of supervisory/coaching experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data analysis/reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop direct reports; conduct call observations for in-the-moment coaching.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings and document development plans.
• Assist in full sales process onboarding and hands-on training for Account Managers.
• Monitor performance to ensure goals are met and provide ongoing coaching.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales team members.
• Train new salespeople and ensure adherence to sales processes.
• Oversee day-to-day performance and annual evaluations with the Senior Sales Manager.
• Serve as Manager on Duty one evening per week.
• Address pricing, policy questions, and sales inquiries from team members.
• Suggest new promotions and sales initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Ensure proper CRM usage and data integrity.
• Coordinate attendance and PTO, monitor overtime across the team.
