Crocs in Irvine, CA is hiring a Team Lead (Part Time) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. You will oversee daily store operations, assist in all departments, and lead a team with strong product knowledge and brand advocacy.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail leadership, are 18+, and can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will represent Crocs values and ensure policy adherence.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of retail experience with store leadership preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays.
