Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Team Lead for our retail operation. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, mentor the team, manage daily store activities, and support sales goals on the floor and behind the scenes.

Role requires 2–3 years of retail leadership, flexible scheduling, and a passion for fast-paced retail. This is a part-time in-store position with a focus on delivering Crocs experiences to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture and uphold Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
