Crocs, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead, Sales to create memorable in-store experiences and help drive daily operations. You will support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store is business ready each day.

You will lead on the sales floor, mentor teammates, manage tasks, and stay informed about product launches to engage customers and elevate their Crocs experience.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth retail environment.

• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies.
• Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
