Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Part Time to inspire customers, supervise a dynamic team, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You’ll engage shoppers, support promotions, and model Crocs’ service standards across the store.

You’ll lead daily tasks, help achieve sales targets, and collaborate with management to keep the store ready and running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
