Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and help achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Assist in store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Maintain high service standards and act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge.
• Adhere to Asset Protection procedures, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
