GPM Investments, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate/ Customer Service Team Leader to deliver 100% customer satisfaction in our Hot Springs store. You will greet customers, process sales, handle cash, and help with shift changes and training tasks.

This full-time role requires clear communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will contribute to a fast-paced team and uphold store standards in a busy Arkansas location.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store and provides fast, courteous service.
• Rings customer sales, handles cash, gives correct change, and processes refunds/exchanges.
• Assist with shift changes by counting money in cash drawer at start/end of shift.
• Operate equipment for money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
• Check identification for restricted sales.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness of store and equipment.
• Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shift.
