Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, process sales at the register, assist with shift changes, stock shelves, handle money, and enforce proper cash handling and security procedures while maintaining store cleanliness and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
• Liability insurance on such vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store and provides fast, efficient service.
• Rings customer sales, receives money, gives correct change, and handles refunds/exchanges.
• Assists with shift changes by counting money in the cash drawer at start/end of shift.
• Uses equipment to process money orders, credit card purchases, checks and lottery sales.
• Checks identification for restricted sales and stocks shelves and coolers.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and store areas, maintains cleanliness and safety.
