Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is looking for a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/ Customer Service Team Leader in Fort Smith, AR to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. You will greet customers, process sales at the POS, manage cash, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness while following security procedures.

You will also assist with vendor deliveries, inventory checks, and participate in training. This role requires 18+ and basic math skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides fast, friendly service.
• Rings sales on electronic cash register and handles money with accuracy.
• Assist with shift cash drawer and security procedures.
• Process money orders, card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
• Check IDs for restricted sales and stock shelves.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and areas; maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock, front-face, rotate merchandise; manage damaged/out-of-code items.
• Check in vendor deliveries and complete documentation.
• Participate in training and provide feedback on materials.
• Assume other duties as assigned to support store operations.
