Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide fast, efficient service.
• Ring sales on the cash register; handle money and refunds.
• Assist with shift change by counting money in the cash drawer at the start and end of a shift.
• Process money orders, credit card purchases, checks and lottery sales.
• Check identifications for restricted sales.
• Stock shelves and rotate stock; price merchandise according to price book.
• Check in vendor deliveries and complete related forms.
• Support store operations as needed.
