Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. The role includes greeting customers, processing sales at the register, handling cash, and assisting with shift changes.

You will stock, check IDs, and maintain cleanliness across the store, while adhering to training and security procedures. Applicants should be at least 18 years old with strong English reading and writing skills and basic math abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Process sales and handle cash and refunds.
• Assist with shift change and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Handle money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
• Check IDs for restricted sales and stock replenishment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and dining surfaces.
• Stock shelves and price merchandise; rotate stock.
• Check in vendor deliveries and manage inventory as needed.
• Complete training evaluations and provide feedback to management.
