Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Selling Supervisor in Los Angeles to mentor associates, drive sales, and uphold category and merchandising standards. You will lead a small team, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while meeting store goals.

In this role, you will partner with visual leaders, manage POS and inventory, and participate in daily operations, opening/closing routines, and policy adherence to deliver an elevated shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets while using product knowledge to maximize sales.
• Lead and empower the sales team, coordinate client relationship resources, and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Support store operations, including POS and inventory management, opening and closing, paperwork, and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with visual leaders to maintain merchandising standards and improve the shopping experience.
• Develop and supervise staff through goal setting, meetings, and training, and follow company policies.
