Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Team Leader to support day-to-day management and mentor the Client Advisor team, ensuring an elevated client experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve quantitative and qualitative results, and you may act as Manager on Duty when needed to deploy training and standards across the sales floor.

The role includes supervising duties, VIP/exec guidance, and collaboration with BOH for stock and paperwork while resolving conflicts

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a retail environment.
2+ years of experience in a supervisor or department manager role.
Proven experience driving positive customer interactions and achieving sales goals.
Strong verbal and written communication and excellent organizational skills.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management and lead by example on the sales floor.
Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence and perform keyholder opening and closing duties.
Mentor Client Advisors, hold weekly meetings to review projections, and deploy training to improve sales performance.
Support visual merchandising standards and confidently lead VIPs and executives through the store.
Partner with BOH to manage consignments, stock control, paperwork, and distance orders.
Resolve internal and external conflicts and assist sales team with client interactions as necessary.
