Job summary

AEO is seeking an Associate Selling Team Leader for our North Miami Beach, FL location. You will serve as the Store Team Leader's go-to person, driving the business strategy and daily operations while coaching a high-performing sales team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

You will lead by example, maintaining brand standards, executing merchandising plans, executing store initiatives, and championing guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a store environment.
• Ability to train and coach sales associates to achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and guest service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop team through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure staffing meets business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and quarterly development plans.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure fitting rooms and salesfloor are guest-ready.
• Adhere to safety, asset protection and company policies at all times.
