Job summary

AEO is seeking an Associate Selling Team Leader for the San Mateo, CA area. This full-time role leads store operations, drives sales, and coaches a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll partner with the Store Team Leader to implement business plans and maintain brand standards across the sales floor and fitting rooms. You’ll recruit and train staff, provide real-time coaching, and manage daily operations with a focus on KPIs and guest satisfaction.
