Job summary

AEO's Destin store in Florida is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader to drive sales and lead daily operations while coaching a team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

You'll recruit, train and develop associates, set and execute short- and long-term business plans, monitor KPIs, and maintain brand standards across merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
