Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide our sales team to success while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Sales Management team in leading daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring sales goals and customer service standards are met.

We seek leaders with automotive sales experience and a passion for developing teams. You will mentor, motivate, and drive results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales leadership or team lead experience.
• Establish communication and engagement with prospects.
• Maintain an organized up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
• Basic math skills and the ability to review sales-related information.
• A passion for developing and motivating a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support daily sales operations and help guide dealership performance.
• Work with the team to assist customers and ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help team members succeed.
• Conduct inventory and lot walks to maintain product knowledge and vehicle presentation.
• Hold the team accountable to sales processes, performance expectations, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Help resolve customer concerns and support the team in closing opportunities.
• Monitor sales activity, customer traffic, and follow-up to maximize results.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.

Dealership: L0378 Bell Road Toyota Bell Road Toyota Hiring: Sales Team Leader Pay: $10,000 - $15,000 per month, Commission Earnings Based on Performance and Bonuses Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
