Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) FW&G Williamsport store is seeking a full-time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2) to guide clerks, support daily operations, and keep a high-energy retail environment. You will manage customer questions, stock shelves, unload shipments, train staff, and prepare shift reports.

This role requires PA residency and a background check, with onsite parking and full-time hours (75 biweekly).

Qualifications

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)

Responsibilities

• Lead clerks during shifts and help maintain store workflow
• Assist shoppers with questions and locate products to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Complete sales transactions, unload shipments, stock shelves, build displays, and help keep the store clean
• Teach less experienced clerks and ensure store procedures are followed
• Prepare shift reports for inventory, accounting, and cash management
