The role emphasizes shift leadership, cash handling, and inventory management. Candidates should have six months of liquor store or retail sales experience and meet PA residency requirements.

Formación

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration).
• Six months of retail sales work.
• Must meet PA residency requirements and be able to perform essential job functions.
• Background check required; no disqualifying felonies within the last ten years.

Responsabilidades

• Shift Leadership: Guide clerks during assigned shifts and support smooth store operations.
• Customer Service: Assist shoppers, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive environment.
• Sales Processing: Ring up orders and manage cash register transactions.
• Stock Management: Unload shipments, fill shelves, and maintain organized displays.
• Staff Training: Coach less experienced clerks on procedures and store policies.
