Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) invites applications for a Full-Time Sales Team Lead at the Lewistown FW&GS Store. You will guide clerks on shift, assist shoppers, stock displays, and train teammates to uphold store policies and procedures.

Working hours total 75 hours biweekly with no telework option. Starting salary is fixed at the minimum for new Commonwealth employees. This is a full-time, state employment opportunity with parking available onsite.

Qualifications

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk, Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration.
• Six months of retail sales work.

Responsibilities

• Lead store clerks during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist shoppers by resolving product-related concerns and handling sales at the register.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, and assemble product displays.
• Train and support clerks to ensure store procedures and policies are followed.
• Complete shift reports for accounting and inventory management and address cash management issues.
