Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) FW&GS Store in Williamsport, seeks a full-time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2). You will supervise clerks on shift, assist shoppers, and ensure smooth store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, completing transactions, stocking displays, and preparing shift reports for inventory and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Six months of retail sales work.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Guide other clerks during the shift and help maintain steady store workflow
• Customer Support: Assist shoppers with questions, concerns, and locating products to foster a positive shopping experience
• Store Operations: Complete sales transactions, unload shipments, stock shelves, build product displays, and help maintain store cleanliness
• Staff Training: Teach less experienced clerks and help them understand and follow store procedures
• Reporting Tasks: Prepare shift reports for inventory, accounting, and cash management
