Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is recruiting for a Full-Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2) at our Ambler FW&GS Store. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused retail team and help customers find the perfect product while delivering excellent service.

This role guides clerks, processes sales, manages stock and displays, and supports training and reporting. Work hours total 75 biweekly, on-site with no telework option, and a starting salary between the posted range.

Qualifications

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Six months of retail sales work.

Responsibilities

• Guide the work of clerks and support smooth store operations
• Assist shoppers and help resolve product or service concerns
• Operate the cash register and manage sales transactions
• Unload shipments, place products on shelves, and assemble displays
• Show less experienced clerks how to follow store procedures and policies
• Prepare shift reports and address cash or inventory issues
