The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) invites you to join its FW&G Store team as a Sales Team Lead. This full-time, on-site role leads clerks, helps customers, and ensures an organized, welcoming shopping environment.

You will guide shifts, resolve product questions, stock shelves, train fellow clerks, and handle shift reports and cash management. The position emphasizes teamwork and compliance with store procedures.

Qualifications

• Six months as Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk; or six months of retail sales work.

Responsibilities

• Guide store clerks during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist shoppers by resolving product-related concerns and ringing sales.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, and maintain clean, organized displays.
• Train and support other clerks to follow store procedures and policies.
• Complete shift reports for accounting and inventory management and address cash issues.
