Qualifications

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Six months of retail sales work

Responsibilities

• Guide other clerks during the shift and help maintain steady store workflow
• Assist shoppers with questions, concerns, and locating products to foster a positive shopping experience
• Complete sales transactions, unload shipments, stock shelves, build product displays, and help maintain store cleanliness
• Teach less experienced clerks and help them understand and follow store procedures
• Prepare shift reports for inventory, accounting, and cash management
